Born out of the need to fill a void in the community, the "BCEO" has taken up the task of reconnecting displaced, and formerly incarcerated individuals with employment and relevant educational opportunities. The "BCEO" places a heavy emphasis on providing the necessary services to help its clients find employment and independent living.
After thorough client assessment, the "BCEO" team will work with individuals to assist them in making informed choices about future jobs and careers. Client assessment includes, examination of the skills, abilities, and training needed to qualify for employment in a desired career.
